RETURNS POLICY - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
If you wish to return an item to us that is damaged or for any other reason where the responsibility rests with us, you must contact us prior to sending it back so we can make arrangements to either refund you the purchase price or replace the damaged/wrong items. Customers wishing to report a damaged or incorrect order can do so by emailing us (email@example.com) or phoning our customer service line on 01475 521536 (Mon-Fri 9am-5.00pm GMT/BST).
Please do not return items to us without having contacted us in advance. We will contact you to let you know what to do with the goods that you wish to return to us.
When returning items you will be responsible for them until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest obtaining at least a proof of posting from the post office and making a copy of invoice as your proof of purchase.
RETURNS POLICY - IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
We believe that you will be delighted with your purchase but there may be occasions when you want to return your order after we have dispatched your goods to you.
If you want to return your order within 7 days of having received your goods you will be responsible for them until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery when returning items. We can only accept unspoiled items in their original packaging as returns. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
IN ADDITION TO OUR RETURNS POLICY
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase from us (which you should inform us of in writing), for a full refund. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us.
Our website may contains links to other websites which are not under the control of and are not maintained by us. These links are provided for your convenience only and we are not responsible for the content of those sites.
We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.
We also reserve the right to not be responsible for any errors and omissions of information in regards to the product.
